9/22/13 The Washington DC trip

Today was the last day of our trip. We went to the most biggest museum I have ever seen: the air and space museum. Or, as Aaron likes to call it; the AARON space museum. We also went to the Washington DC temple, you know, with it being Sunday and all. it was the really, well, reverent fun. It was like a church museum. Sorry I haven't been able to tell you all about my trip. I was really, REALLY busy. But, I did get to my flight two hours early, so I have a lot of time to clear it up. I was going to show you a picture, but I cant figure out how to pull that off. Yet. Anyway, for the first 4 days of our 9 day trip, we went to Mema's and Pepa's ( my great grandma and grandpa on my dad's side) house. We picked apples, saw my dad's old friend, went fishing, played darts, lit trash on fire, and rode skate boards. Of Couse, we did a lot more stuff, but I don't want to type all of it. OK, the 4th day we left around afternoon to go to Washington DC. We got there around 9:00 p.m. on the fifth day, we went to the archives museum, where I got a tiny bottle that had the constitution in it, then the natural history museum, where I got my bismuth rock. then, we went to the American history museum, where I got a tie-dye letter R key chain. then, that night, we went to the national's baseball game, where we got a bowl of dip-n-dots and a free set of head phones. The sixth day we went to the Capital building. we took a tour and saw Harry Reid inside the capital building. We even got to take a picture with him!! Then, after all of that, we went to the botanical garden and did a "plant hunt".  After that, we went to a small air and space museum (not the one I told you about earlier). I got to ride a little " roller coaster" there. It was  awesome!!!!! You even went upside down!!! I also got a "water timer" there, as my souvenir. On the seventh day, we went to the zoo. then, that afternoon, we went to the spy museum. then, around 4:30, we saw the planes carrying the president, Barack Obama, riding onto the front yard of the white house. On the eighth day, we went to mount Vernon, where George Washington grew up. It was REALLY cool. I got another water timer, a free smashed penny with mount Vernon on it, and free coal. Then we went to the cemetery, watched "changing of the guard", and got rained on. The eighth day was today, which I already put up at the front of the page. Well, I got it done. I did it all. Now, if you excuse me, I want to rest my hands. See ya!!!
